Full-Time Family Assistant / Mother’s Helper
Location: El Dorado Hills, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, approximately 35–40 hours per week

We are a busy professional family looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and highly organized Family Assistant to help with our daily routines.
We’re hoping to find someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoys staying busy. The ideal candidate is someone who takes initiative, works well independently, and takes pride in doing things correctly.
Responsibilities include:
• Light household organization and tidying
• Running occasional errands
• Assisting with daily household tasks and projects
• Occasional assistance with our school-aged children
• Organizing supplies and helping with administrative tasks
• Assisting with packaging, labeling, and order preparation for our family-owned e-commerce business
We’re looking for someone who is:
• Honest, dependable, and punctual
• Extremely organized with strong attention to detail
• A quick learner who can follow instructions carefully
• Comfortable working independently
• Flexible and willing to help with different tasks
• Interested in a stable, long-term opportunity

Looking for a reliable nanny for my 4 year old boy/girl twins. I work from home and am looking for someone who can be punctual and reliable. We had a nanny that we loved for over a year and a half but she had to stop working due to health reasons. We are hoping to find another great fit as we look at this person as a part of the family. I also have a 7 year old that is in school but will be around in the afternoon when school is out. She is a great helper. Days are fairly flexible but would like at least 2-3 days minimum and hours would be semi flexible depending on my schedule but typically 10/11am- 3:30/4:30. Also date night sitting would be great, typically 1-2X per month. Pick- up from school frequently if I am not able to.
