Babysitter Job: The Wilson Family with 2 Children
About Us
Hello! We are an active, community-minded family moving to Bentonville, AR from Seattle. We’re looking for a warm, reliable nanny to join us starting in early January!
Our daughter Hazel will be 9 months old in January. She has a fun 3-year-old big brother. While we finalize his local daycare placement, care will temporarily include both kids. Once enrolled, care will shift primarily to 1-on-1 time with Hazel.
Mom works from home full-time, and Dad works out of the house. We also have a friendly young Golden Retriever who loves kids, so being dog-friendly is a must! We love exploring local parks and being active outdoors.
Schedule & Hours
Start Date: January 4, 2027
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM (open to negotiating hours for the right fit)
Total Hours: ~30–35 hours/week
What We Are Looking For
We want someone safe, communicative, and passionate about child development. You should genuinely enjoy both infant and toddler stages!
Responsibilities
Infant & Toddler Care: Managing naps, bottles, meals/snacks for toddler, and diapers/potty needs.
Engagement: Age-appropriate activities, walks, storytime, and helping Hazel hit milestones while keeping big brother engaged.
Light Tidying: Kid-related messes only (washing bottles, wiping high chairs/snack areas, and child laundry).
Requirements
Proven experience with infants & toddlers (references requested).
CPR & First Aid certified (or willing to renew).
Comfortable around dogs.
Non-smoker with reliable transportation to our home in Bentonville.
If you think you’d be a great match for our family during our transition to Northwest Arkansas, we’d love to connect! Please message us with a bit about your experience, background with multiple kids, and availability.

Part-Time Nanny Job: The Terrick Family with 1 Child
I need to hire someone to start april 4th 2023! I am offering 125$ a week. Paid every Friday! I have one toddler. I work less than 30 hours a week. From 3pm-10pm. I will meal prep all you do is heat the food. No house work needed, I do have a cat she does not need care. Im going to need someone above the age of 16 years old. As I work night shift in a restaurant.
To clarify per the last nanny’s assumption. I do NOT pay for time off. If you are unavailable due to events or family time that is fine but I do NOT compensate for time off. I do not get paid time off, and I would have to compensate someone else for doing a job I hired you for. If you work half of what I need you get paid for half of the work you do. I don’t know where anyone gets off asking for two weeks off consecutively and then expect to be compensated for it but that’s ridiculous and not what I’m paying for.
I do not get notifications for this site so this is my email address to contact me if you have and I have not responded by the end of the day (8pm)

I also prefer to do the interview over zoom/FaceTime instead of in person (this is for everyone’s safety especially my child!)

Communicating outside Nanny Lane can put you at risk of online fraud. For your safety, we require you to message through Nanny Lane.
