we are looking to have someone come to the house and watch our baby boy 2 to 3 days out of the week 10-5:30. right now I have a hybrid schedule at work, so the days I work from home I can watch him while I'm here. We are super laid back and would just like someone who is reliable and can do what we ask of them.

We do have two dogs, they normally are in their crates while we are not home and at work. When we are home we let them outside a few times a day and they are out of their crates. They are trained for the most part and will ring the bells on the door knob to go outside.

They love playing the musical instruments we have and would appreciate the nanny helping to encourage this further.
