He is super sweet and kind and nice. He won’t give you issues at all. He loves Legos. He loves arts and crafts playing board games playing outside going to the trampoline park Looking for a compassionate nanny who will provide nurturing and attentive care for my Son. Qualities I’m looking for is showing empathy and understanding healthy communication being able to provide a safe environment making sure my son says in his structure routines. To be able to bond and have similar morals and mindset that I have established in my family mental health is very important to me, active listening, healthy, communication, respect, and positive reinforcement and redirection. I need someone that will validate my son’s feelings, and that will help continually grow his confidence and instill good values.

I’m looking for someone who is patient, dependable, nurturing, and experienced with toddlers. Reliable transportation is preferred. My goal is to find someone who genuinely enjoys working with children and will create a safe, loving, and fun environment where my son can continue to learn and grow while I’m working.

The position will primarily be needed on Tuesdays and Thursdays while I have meetings, with the possibility of additional hours if needed.

Your day would consist of waking my daughter up enough time to eat breakfast, get her dressed, hair when needed, then you will transport her to ABA therapy everyday Monday-Friday by 10:30. That’s when your shift would end. She will be sleeping at 7, will stay sleep until wake up at 9:15. So you could relax at my house until it’s time for you to wake her up for therapy.. I pack her bag & lunch , so it’s not really much for you to do but to be punctual & never late. Main reason why I am offering $8 an hr. She’s not a problem child, she is non verbal but does know how to communicate by guiding your hand to what she wants. Would like to meet before start date
