Part-Time Nanny Job: The Huber Family with 3 Children
We are a loving family based in Escondido, California, seeking a caring and reliable nanny to help care for our three young children, ages 4, 3, and 1. We are looking for someone who is dependable, nurturing, and enjoys engaging with children through play, learning, and daily routines.
This position involves providing attentive childcare, supporting daily schedules, and helping to create a safe, enriching environment for our kids. Typical responsibilities include supervising playtime, preparing meals and snacks for the children, managing nap schedules, and assisting with early learning activities like reading, crafts, and developmental play. Light housekeeping related to the children is expected, such as tidying play areas, doing the children’s laundry, and cleaning up after meals.
Our ideal candidate has previous experience working with young children, is CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to obtain certification), and is responsible, organized, and dependable. A valid driver’s license with a clean record is preferred, especially if transportation to parks or activities is needed. We value strong communication and hope to find someone who feels like an extension of our family.
Compensation is based on the number of children being cared for: $25 per hour for one child, $27 per hour for two children, and $30 per hour for three children. We offer paid vacation based on average weekly hours worked, along with other benefits that can be discussed. The work schedule is Monday-Friday 8-12 with occasional flexibility for evenings or weekends if available.

Hi there! Looking for a part-time nanny at our home . 2 days a week- Wednesday and Thursday - approx. 16 -20 hours. Pay range of $22-25 per hour depending on experience/qualifications. The right person has experience with infants, is CPR/first-aid trained, is patient and kind, and comfortable around dogs, and can provide references from prior families. I work from home (most days) so will be around. Responsibilities include general infant care (feeding, changing diapers, age appropriate enrichment actives, playing, washing bottles, picking up after baby, etc.). We have one dog but no animal related care will be needed.

Part-Time Nanny Job: The Caprai Family with 2 Children
Hello! We are looking for a sitter for our 2 daughters (Siena, 9 mo old and Venice, 5 yr old) on Tuesdays from around 9am to around 4pm. We also have a dog named petunia who is very low maintenance and would only need to be let out to go potty. Siena would need a bottle and a meal during the above times and Venice would need one meal and snacks. Venice will no longer need care starting in August when she goes back to school so it would only be for one child starting at that time.
