Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
Week 2: Monday, Wednesday, Friday

Above all, we are looking for someone who feels like a natural fit in our home.
The ideal nanny is:
• Energetic, engaging, and able to keep up with a very active infant

Our family lifestyle is fun while keeping it minimal and active. We have a curious, sweet nine month old son who loves to eat and be around people. We are using cloth all-in-one diapers and try to go the organic route when possible. We are interested in a nanny share and flexible about using our home or another family's during the week. We have struck gold with our nanny Melissa, she truly loves children, is punctual, and CPR certified. Please contact us if we seem like a good fit.
Full-Time Nanny Job: The Metcalf Family with 1 Child
We are early planners! Our little guy is due March 2019. Looking for a fabulous provider for when I have to go back to work. Daddy has a pretty consistent M-F 9-6, Mommy works all sorts of weird hours. We will give plenty of advanced notice but each weeks hours may be different.
Part-Time Nanny Job: The Shifflett Family with 1 Child
I have been in San Diego for a year - originally from the East Coast (VA and NC). I own my own business and mostly work from home. I am a mother to a 6-month-old baby girl. Her father lives in NC so she keeps me very busy. She is a very easy-going, happy baby (most of the time). Her cues are pretty easy to read. The majority of the time, she is fussy either because she is hungry or tired and needs a nap. It's not often that she throws a fit that is not easily remedied. She's very social and engaging so I try to get her out often to keep up her social development. We love to go to the pool and walks with the dog, we also attend sign language and music classes. I also have the friendliest dog known to man. She is a 3.5-year-old, 11 lb Goldendoodle.
I'm looking for a part-time nanny share. My days/hours are flexible.
