Hi, we are looking for part-time care of our two sons Lennox, 3 years old, and Emory 1 month while my husband works part-time as a Pharmacist.
We will need assistance every other weekend for at least 10 hours a day. The hours can be flexible.
I will be in the house most days but an extra set of hands is mostly what is needed.

Part-Time Nanny Job: The Ashe Family with 1 Child
We are seeking a compassionate, patient caregiver to support our son, Weston, who is 7 years old and is autistic (ASD), has ADHD, and developmental differences.
Weston is a curious, thoughtful child who communicates in his own unique way and thrives with caregivers who are calm, observant, and willing to meet him where he is. He enjoys routines, movement, and exploring the world around him, and benefits from extra support during transitions and in busy environments.
This role is less about traditional babysitting and more about connection, support, and co-regulation. At times, Weston may become overwhelmed, which can look like dysregulation or attempts to leave an area (elopement), especially in stimulating settings. We’re looking for someone who can remain calm, provide a sense of safety, and help him navigate those moments with patience and care.
Responsibilities may include:
Engaging Weston in play and activities at home or in the community
Supporting outings (parks, walks, local activities)
Assisting with routines and transitions
Working collaboratively with parents to maintain a consistent, supportive approach
Experience with neurodivergent children (autism, ADHD, sensory needs) is strongly preferred. We value a neuroaffirming approach—someone who respects Weston’s communication style and focuses on building trust and connection rather than compliance.
This role is a great fit for someone studying education, psychology, OT, speech therapy, or a related field—or anyone who brings empathy, curiosity, and a willingness to learn.
Bonus for people who have experience with Level 2 or Level 3 autistic children, whether as an RBT, BCBA, speech/OT, Floor Time, or special ed in a school setting.
Regular hours week-in, week-out, probably between 10-13 hours per week after school until 8pm or 830pm.
