A little bit about us

I have a 6-week-old little girl who needs care from about 8:30am to about 3:00pm Monday-Friday during the school year. I only need care on school days and can provide you with a school calendar to plan ahead. My infant eats on demand and sleeps on her own schedule. I'm interested in someone who will cater to her and follow our guidelines (e.g., don't let her cry it out, etc.). I'd like to avoid putting my child in daycare if at all possible. I'd prefer someone CPR certified.
I have a dog that will need to be let out once or twice, but that's it. He doesn't need to be fed or walked or anything.
