We're a close-knit Christian family from Cypress, TX, seeking a compassionate and reliable part-time nanny for our self-sufficient teenage son. As the primary guardian travels for work some weeks, we need a caring individual to be part of our family during these times, providing oversight, warmth, and safety at night.

Your Role:

Be a Friendly Face: Greet our son as he returns from school, ensuring he feels supported.
Meal Preparation: Whip up healthy dinners that fuel a growing teenager.
Evening Companionship: Encourage and oversee his evening routine, ensuring homework and prep for the next day are on track.
Household Harmony: Assist with light housekeeping and laundry, keeping our home welcoming and organized.
Overnight Security: Offer peace of mind by staying overnight, ensuring our son's safety.
Morning Routine: Help kickstart his day with a positive nudge to get ready and off to school on time.
Support in Unexpected Situations: Be ready to step in should he need picking up from school due to illness or other emergencies, providing care until we're home.

Details:

Schedule:
Active Hours: 4:00 p.m.–8:00 8:00pm and 5:30 a.m.–6:30 am.
Overnight Hours: 8:00 p.m.–5:30 a.m.
Compensation: a competitive hourly rate for active hours and a flat rate for overnight stays, with additional pay for emergency situations.
