We're looking for someone who:
Lights up around kids and brings real energy to play
Has experience with both babies and toddlers
Can confidently handle both at once (but mostly the baby, only 1-2 hrs/day with both)

What you'll do:
Active play and hands-on with toddler, a lot of energy :)
Attentive baby care: feeding, soothing, tummy time, reading

Part-Time Nanny Job: The Ellsworth Family with 1 Child
We are due with our baby in October, 2026 and are looking for a nanny to start with us mid January. Ideally we will need someone M, W, Fr 9am ish - 3pm ish (can also swap around days if necessary). We are looking for the perfect nanny for our five year old child, someone who works hard and pays attention to details. This person would be treated extremely well; good pay, flexible hours, learning opportunities, potential free travel with the family and other perks as we get to learn your likes and hobbies. The perfect candidate for this role has a meticulous eye for detail, loves children, is comfortable with dogs, is curious and creative with child play, asks qualifying questions, and excels in critical thinking . Responsibilities will primarily be to provide childcare/transportation (school pick up) as well as domestic errands. Must live in Bozeman and feel comfortable driving in SW Montana, specifically Big Sky, in all passable conditions. Ability to drive stick shift, ski, swim, and CPR/First Aid certs, and bilingual Spanish are all big pluses. Starting hours would be Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 3:00pm - 8:00pm (Sometimes 9:00pm on Fridays). Can be somewhat flexible on which weekdays.

Hello! My husband and I will be welcoming our first child and baby girl in March 2025. We are both physicians, Sean works at Bozeman Health, and I am in private practice. We are looking for help in caring for our infant starting around age 3 months for a full day 8-5pm Mon-Fri, and we suspect a few hours in the evenings every once in awhile for date night opportunities :) We have a rescue pup, Sienna, who takes awhile warming up to people (the classic “psychiatrist adopts a socially anxious pup” scenario) but once she does, she’s likely to be your little shadow. In addition to our commitment to helping and caring for others through our medical practices, we also love to travel, being outdoors, cooking, and experience new cultures so would hope to find someone that instills these values as well in some way. We really value the idea of a nanny being part of the family. We’d love to find a way to have our baby girl get early exposure and immersion in the Spanish language through nanny care too.
