We also have 2 older boys that need less assistance and you’ll never be left with all of them at once. The position might entail some light housekeeping such as unloading dishes, sweeping and/or vacuuming when they make messes, occasional meal prep if needed, changing kids sheets, washing & folding kids laundry, cleaning up kids messes, picking up and organizing their toys/crafts/workbooks etc.
