Our growing family is in search of a nanny/mother’s helper/housekeeper for our happy, sweet and active 21 month old son and new baby due in April. We are located in North Dallas area. Looking for 30ish hours a week, open to full time for the right person. Ideally M-F, but available for occasional date nights or a partial Saturday or Sunday would be welcomed. If someone is able and willing to travel with us occasionally, not needed but would be awesome!

We would love to find someone who truly loves being with kids and engaging with them, we are a nature loving, no screen time, gentle parenting(with boundaries), Montessori-ish and naturally minded, holistic, non-toxic, fragrance/scent free household. I am home with our son and soon to be baby, so having someone I can work alongside and become a part of our family is important to us. Experience with young babies and toddlers and their safety is our number one, top priority but since I’m home, some general housekeeping is something we are looking to have and light cooking/meal prep while not necessary is definitely a bonus! Looking to have someone start pretty immediately, but slightly flexible.

Must be comfortable with animals, we have a cat and medium sized dog, both are friendly sweethearts. Must be non-smoker and non-smoking home.
