We have one daughter, Iris. She is nearly 5 months old (DOB 10/27/25), but she was born 5 weeks early, so she is a little closer to 4 months old developmentally. We will need help with her starting the second week of May. She’s a very chatty, sweet, social girl. My husband and I both work full time (for all intents and purposes). Sometimes my husband works from home, and sometimes I will have flex/out of office time during the week. We are looking for either a part or full time nanny to bridge us to daycare, which will likely start in September. However, we might consider extending that if circumstances dictate it. We have 1 cat, so must be comfortable with that. We prefer someone that has previous experience with infants and toddlers (and can provide references), is CPR certified, vaccinated, and a non-smoker.
