Live-In Childcare Trade,

I’m looking for a responsible, kind, and experienced childcare provider interested in a live-in room-for-childcare trade.

I’ve had a wonderful experience with this arrangement in the past—renting a private room at a very reduced cost in exchange for about 35 hours per month of babysitting—and it worked beautifully for both of us.

I have one charismatic daughter in first grade. She's easy to care for, and most of your hours will be at night while you are both sleeping. This setup is a good fit for someone who has another job or commitment and values a flexible, low-stress arrangement.

Details include:
• Private room in a calm, respectful home
• Flexible scheduling (approximately 35 hours/month)
• Clear expectations and open communication
*We have two great cats.
