I am returning to work at a remote capacity. I have two twin boys I need care for during my work hours. I need assistance Mon-Thur 8am-3pm. Role entails feedings, diaper changes, putting down for naps, and playtime with the boys. We have 2 dogs, but I will care for them during the day.

Care would be from the time I leave for work until when my husband gets home from work, 11am-4pm Mon/Wed and 9am-4pm Tues/Thurs (about 24 hours/week).
My husband is a carpenter, so he occasionally has days off due to extreme weather (rain, snow, heat) and on those days he will be home and we will not need care.
We do have 2 dogs, but they will be kenneled during the day.

One of our 16 year olda also does online highschool, he is pretty self sufficient but help making sure he is focused during the day would be amazing.
Our 16 year old son is with us 100% of the time and does online highschool, our orders daughter and one of our 12 year old daughters are with us week on/week off.
Our youngest 12 year old is gone Friday through Sunday. We are a very busy blended family!
