Full-Time Nanny Job: The Lauten Family with 1 Child
We are an active couple who have an almost 2 year old daughter. We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing full-time nanny (40 hrs/week) beginning November or December 2026. We value creativity, kindness, and a proactive hands-on approach to child-rearing. We currently have 1 fur baby, a dog, so looking for someone who also loves pets. We are a very active and outgoing family, participating in running races, triathlons, and travel both domestically and internationally. We view this person as an extension of our family unit. Compensation to include a base salary with PTO, annual raises and bonuses for travel.

-Is attentive to detail to follow a loose schedule/routine for the kids
-Is open to longer-term childcare for our family
-Is loving and engaging with our kids
-Is able to help with tidying up toys and light meal prep

Need help with early morning getting out to school and overnight getting her ready for bed… would be 3-4 days a week with 3-4 off mostly. -If we get off of work early you can leave early and still be paid for the full day.
-We offer bonuses for holidays.
-We do have interactive toys, and a playground but we are open to having you take the children to the park or library for fun field trips.
