Both my husband and I work from home, so you will be in the house with at least one of us all of the time. What I want most is for someone to engage with my son (read to and play with him) when I am not able. I also want help changing and feeding him (he is 100% breast-fed right now, but if I have an important meeting that I can't be distracted during, I will ask that you bottle feed him). Looking for someone trustworthy with safety top of mind. Also needs to have a reliable car that can handle about a mile of a rural/elevated road.
Our sweet almost 3yo is such a happy guy and goes to bed at 7. Once we decide we/he likes someone, we really like to work with that person repeatedly so looking for a long term commitment.
