Provide loving, attentive care for our daughter during the day, Monday–Friday, 8 AM–4 PM
Follow a consistent daily routine of feeding, napping and play Bottle prep and feeding (including managing reflux/spit-up). Diaper changing and hygiene. Engaging with baby through age-appropriate activities for her development. Assist sleeping routines. Perform light baby-related household tasks (tidying nursery and play areas, baby laundry, sanitizing bottles and toys, etc). Good practice of hygiene and safety. Help introduce solids. Log and communicate daily activities and milestones clearly. Notify parents of any concerns regarding health, development, or behavior. Follow family's preferences regarding ways of caring, screen time, household routines, and no cell phones when tending the baby. Open to feedback and communicative. Okay with background check and baby cam.
