A little bit about us

We are looking for a great full-time housekeeper/nanny for a family with 3 children (10, 10, and 8) in Derwood. We would like someone who could help out with snack and dinner preparation, school and activities pickup and drop-off, general household organization and household tasks, and homework help. We would treat you as our family and want someone who can care for us similarly. Must be comfortable with pets (we have dogs and bunnies). Hours flexible-between 30 and 40 hours per week and ideally 10-6 or 12-8 or something along those lines.

Our son Teddy is an energetic and imaginative four-year-old who loves story time, making up adventures, and playing with his dinosaurs and trains. He enjoys outdoor play at the park across the street and neighborhood walks filled with curiosity and conversation.

You’ll also care for our infant daughter, whose days revolve around cuddles, naps, bottle feedings (prepared in advance), and gentle playtime.

We also have a friendly dog who will need to be taken out on a lead a few times throughout the day and kept watered.

We’re hoping to find someone who is nurturing, dependable, playful, and enjoys creating a fun, loving environment for young children. If you love reading stories, encouraging imagination, and caring for little ones (and don’t mind a sweet dog companion!), we’d love to hear from you.
