Part-Time Nanny Job: The Tucker Family with 1 Child
In December 2025, we welcomed our first child into the world—our daughter, Caroline. I work from home (corporate consultant) and love the idea of spending time with my daughter between work and meetings; for this reason, having a nanny work with our family is ideal rather than daycare.
Despite our daughter being only 4 months old, we avoid screens and instead focus on and encourage tummy time, developmental exercises, outdoor time in fresh air, developmental music/games and independent play when appropriate.
We are considering both part-time and full-time nannies; flexible based on best fit.
We also have a dog (a large breed but very friendly, healthy, and docile for a senior).

Loving And Dependable Family Assistant
Looking for a long term family assistant 3-5 hours, 2-3 times a week (days and time are generally flexible). We both work full time, have a very active toddler and need all the help we can get to take a breath instead of rushing through the daily to-do lists. We would need someone who would be willing to help us with the following tasks:
- house cleaning and organizing (keeping everything clean and organized with occasional deep cleaning)
- Laundry (mainly just folding and putting away)
- Running errands like grocery shopping, postal office or something similar
- It would be awesome if you're good with toddler since we have a 18 month that might want to play with you. And for occasional babysitting (weekends or evenings/nights).
- Bonus: If willing, cooking dinner and/or help to mow the lawn.
Both, my husband and I, are fully vaccinated but are still COVID-19 cautious.

We are seeking a kind, reliable, and communicative person to hang out with our sweet 8-year-old son this summer. He has autism and is non-verbal (uses an AAC device to communicate) so we’re looking for someone who is patient, engaging, and ready to make some great summer memories with him.
The Details
* Dates: June 15th – August 20th.
* Schedule: Semi-flexible, requiring about 3–6 hours per week.
* The Routine:
* Tuesday : A fun outing of your choice! Think parks, play places, and enjoying the sunshine. Timing is flexible!
* Thursdays: Pick him up from our house at 3:00 PM for dinner at McDonald’s before heading to his therapy session (which starts at 4:15 or 5:00 PM depending on the day)
What We’re Looking For
* A great communicator: Someone who keeps us in the loop.
* Safe wheels: You’ll need your own reliable vehicle and an excellent driving record.
* Experience: Previous experience with neurodivergent kiddos is a huge plus!
Compensation
* Pay: Flexible and based on your experience level.
* Travel: We will fully reimburse your driving at the standard IRS mileage rate.
