A little bit about us

We are looking for a nanny for our baby in Downers Grove. We would like someone who has experience working with infants and can give references. We would prefer a nanny who does not smoke, who is CPR certified and who has a college degree. We will ask for a background check and drug test and pay through Poppins payroll. Our hope is to find someone who will proactively help our little one reach milestones and learn new skills, so experience with early childhood development and curriculum is a plus. The role would require being able to lift and carry the baby, take the baby on walks each day (weather permitting), and light cleaning of baby supplies and baby spaces. Good communication, a strong attention to safety, and an engaging personality are key.
For part of the year (early 2027), we are looking for someone who can work 7:30am through 5:30pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays with room for more flexibility on Mondays and Fridays.
