Full-Time Nanny Job: The Scheidel Family with 2 Children

A little bit about us

We have soon to be twins in late October 2021. We are looking for a full time nanny to help care for them. We both work, Dad 5 days a week, Mom 4 days a week. Currently we work about 60% from home and 40% at office, but that could shift depending on how things open if the pandemic slows. Mostly looking for nanny help in lieu of traditional day care during office hours. Like someone learning and experience focused to help kids develop.
We live on a hobby acreage with lots to do and plenty of space to play and learn in. We have two dogs and chickens and ducks. We try and keep kids in one or two outside activities (zoo class, dance class, nature program) during week.

Ideal candidate would have transportation, open to light housework and meal prep at least for kids.
