Babysitter Job: The Kelsch Family with 3 Children
We have three daughters, Sathina (11½), Saphira (8½), and Sapphire (4½). They’re whimsical, curious, playful girls at really fun and different stages of childhood. We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys being with girls, not simply supervising them, but playing, connecting, exploring, and becoming a trusted elder-sister/mentor presence in their lives.
We’d especially love a woman who shares our values around an active, healthy, intentional lifestyle, someone who enjoys movement, working out, walking, yoga, nourishing/organic food, mindfulness, meditation, and being outdoors, and would naturally share those things with the girls. We also value someone proactive around the home who notices what needs tidying or cleaning and happily jumps in without always being asked.
Because our girls are at different developmental stages, we need someone who can remain grounded through big feelings and conflict. Our oldest is approaching her teenage years and preparing for her rite of passage into maidenhood, so we especially value someone who understands the tenderness and intensity of this season of a girl’s life and changing body, who can hold compassionate boundaries and meet heightened emotions with warmth and steadiness rather than shame or dismissal.
The best fit is grounded, practical, dependable, emotionally mature, playful, and imaginative. Bonus points for an earthy, mystical, witchy side, making flower crowns or nature art, dancing around the kitchen, doing yoga in the grass, or creating a little magic out of an ordinary afternoon.
Ideally, we need someone weekly on Tuesdays around 6–10 PM or 7-11 PM though we may be flexible on the weeknight. We’d also love someone open to occasional overnights/weekends and potentially a few extra days with the girls while we travel. Ultimately, we’re looking for someone who wants to build an ongoing relationship with our family rather than simply pick up babysitting shifts.

We are looking for child care for our 3 children; Nora, Gilly, and Beau. Dad works nights so he’ll be in our room sleeping after 8am. Hours would be 4:30am-8:30pm either Monday Wednesday or Friday, varying by week. Their dad works a 2/3 schedule so one week the days will be Monday and Friday and some weeks just Wednesday. Some days the hours will be less- for example some days I’m home by 4pm so the hours would be 4:30 am-4pm. Willing to negotiate a flat wage if that’s more applicable for you but we’re offering $15/h, and you can use our car, which is a 3 row Audi suv.

Hello were the Westermans! We're great and loving with 2 boys Tristen the oldest 4 and Rowen 2. We do have 3 dogs behaved and kennel trained, I'm looking for someone to help out Thursday and Fridays sometimes a Wednesday hours may change but mostly from 6 am- 2:30 pm or 1:45 pm - 6 pm. I don't expect much just make sure my boys are taken care of and happy, as well as light meal prep if you want to do more you're more then welcome to I'm open to anything and this is my first time searching! Hello, my name is Shyane (Cheyenne) and my son's name is Dominique. Dominique is 9 years of age and he has autism as well. Dominique is very smart and funny, you will enjoy his presence. He does have two pets whom he admires the most Silence (his cat) and Layla (his dog). When being babysat, Dominique is normally on his tablet playing educational games or he's on Disney channel (app) watching his favorite movie or TV show. He does travel with his favorite toys as well. I am looking for a Nanny normally on Saturdays between the hours of 2pm and 8pm as I do have a part time job I work and sometimes Sundays as well but will inform you is Sundays is needed. I normally take care of the pets before I leave but if I do happen to be out longer than 4 hours, Layla his dog would have to be let out back. But other than that the animals normally have enough food and water in their bowls for the day. Silence is normally in Dominique's room under his bed or playing with him. If you would prefer for your place, please make me aware. I do not mind dropping and picking up.
