Part-Time Nanny Job: The Howe Family with 1 Child
I am an X-ray technologist and typically work three 10-hour shifts each week, although some weeks I only work two 10-hour shifts. My husband is a mobile mechanic and is generally away from home for 10–14 hours a day.
We are primarily looking for someone who is available on Tuesdays and Thursdays. While our schedules are fairly consistent, there may be occasional days when care is needed for 10–12 hours. We do our best to keep these longer days to a minimum. I typically receive my work schedule in advance and make every effort to provide our childcare schedule at least a month ahead of time so you can plan accordingly. On the rare occasion that changes arise, we will communicate them as early as possible.
Our daughter is 5 years old and will begin homeschool kindergarten this August. She is an incredibly sweet, kind, and creative little girl with a big imagination. We are looking for someone who will not only help guide her through her homeschool lessons but also genuinely enjoy spending time with her—playing, creating, exploring, and encouraging her curiosity.
She is very active and loves swimming, horseback riding, and soccer, and she may also be starting jiu-jitsu soon. We would love to find someone who enjoys engaging with children both indoors and outdoors and who can keep up with her adventurous spirit while nurturing her creativity.
We live on a small property with animals, so it's important that you are comfortable around large dogs and other animals.
Because both my husband's and my work schedules can occasionally change, we are looking for someone who is flexible when needed. Reliability, a positive attitude, and a genuine love for children are qualities we value greatly.
Spanish-speaking is a wonderful bonus, but it is not required.

We have two daughters and are looking for either part or full time help. We need someone who has experience with both babies & toddlers and is comfortable watching both kids at once. We also have a cat & dog, so we would like you to be pet-friendly & okay with walking the dog. We would also appreciate some light housework, help with laundry and errands. We would like you to have your own car & a clean driving record. Non-smoker, CPR certified please!
