A little bit about us

My wife and I are looking for a backup babysitter/nanny to cover when our full-time nanny is unavailable. We live in downtown New Haven, and we have a 22-month-old son. He's wonderful - he loves to explore, play, eat, and read along with people. We'd like someone who can watch him, play with him, read to him, prepare meals for him, take him to the park, etc. We plan to pay $32/hr. Requirements: (1) up to date on all vaccines, including flu, COVID, and TDAP. (2) non-smoker (3) first aid certified (or willing to get certified)

This position is for an occasional babysitter, not a full time nanny. We're looking for someone who's often available at short notice during the week. It would be perfect for a stay-at-home-parent who wanted to bring their child with, or someone mostly retired.
