We would need someone from 3pm until 8pm at the most, 4 times a week.

I am looking for someone to come to my home Monday, Wednesday and Thursday afternoons to hang out with the boys. Hours would range from 12-4 pm for a total of 8-10 hours. Position would start September 1, 2022. Possible extra hours with occasional drive to preschool and parent night outs.
Responsibilities would include standard child care (making snacks, playing outside, arts and crafts, etc), but I also request that items used by the twins are cleaned/put away and a weekly load of the boys laundry. I need someone who has a driver's license and car, in case of emergencies. We have 2 dogs, so must like pets, but they are crate trained and can be in crates during the day.
I just want someone who will keep my boys happy and engaged. Someone who is comfortable taking the kids to the nearby park, on walks, making crafts, etc.
