I would love for someone to stay engaged, teach them, and help them grow. Prior to Covid-19, the kids have been in private school, and are used to routine and structure- this would be a key to success. Creating lesson plans or crafts helps them, and parents are willing to give stipend for extras (crafting material, etc).
While we would ask you to keep the house neat (kids are messy!), no extra housework would be required. We would ask you to prepare lunch, but no cooking required.
