You MUST be 100% reliable/dependable. If call in sick, must be a very rare occasion. I have an eight year old non verbal autistic son. I would like someone who has experience handling and working with autistic children. I need someone to pick my son up at the bus stop in front of my apartments (must be punctual always rain/shine) and care for him until I get home from work. You must be physically strong and fast. Otherwise, he can run away from you. Light cooking, Light cleaning, diaper changing will be required.
