Babysitter Job: The Archer Family with 1 Child
Our kiddo is 18 months. He is very active, he loves to play, draw, read, listen to music, and be outside or with water (we have a water table and a little splash pad thing), he also has an indoor climbing set and an outdoor climbing thing plus a sandbox outside. He is beginning to talk although saves most of his verbal communication for his parents. He knows several ASL signs and will use them openly and without hesitation with most people.
We are a pretty flexible family and don't have a ton of specific timed structure because he is so young right now. We do not do screen time but do play music for him.
There are neighborhood parks that you can walk to with him and he has a little push tricycle, regular stroller or he can also walk over there as well!
I work from home and my schedule can vary slightly from month to month, but we confirm the schedule at the start of each month to ensure it works for everyone. We are in more of a transitional period at the moment and more coverage will be needed in the future depending on if my spouse is away for work or if I have training but for right now I'm looking for:

Wednesday 11:30am-5:30pm
Some Thursdays 10:30am - 5:30pm
Friday 10:00am - 3pm
Some Saturdays 9:30am-1:30pm
Additional full days as I have several trainings that will go 8:30-5:30 on several days in the future. These are not common occurrences.

- Comfortable with one dog and home camera.

- Additional pay available for folding kids’ laundry every two weeks.
