A little bit about us

We have a full of life little boy who loves to play with others and positive attention. He is going to be a big brother in October. We are looking for a good fit for our family. Mom works 3 days a week which is when care would be needed. We do not have indoor pets but we do have horses, chickens, and dogs out back (no pet care required). Holidays and weekends won’t be required. Except for a very rare occasion you’ll be off by 4. Days starting between 6 or 7:30. Expectations to keep up after messes from kids throughout the day, kids come first, make meals for kids ( grocery provided) and keep screen time minimal. Once school starts our son does attend an early intervention preschool for a couple of hours 4 days a week, reliable transportation required for pick up and drop off for school. Looking for care to begin possibly in January, but we would like to get to know you before hand so we can make sure that you we are a good fit.

Live-In Part-Time Nanny Job: The white Family with 1 Child

Looking for a part-time nanny/sitter that can watch our daughter at our home. I (Brittany) work in SLC and my partner (Stephen) has some chronic medical issues that makes it hard to take care of a child full time. My partner would be home most of the time and nearby to step in if something was needed as well.

We do have one big dog, so would need to be comfortable with pets. Once in a while it might be helpful to do some light house keeping (empty dishwasher, vacuum, pick up toys, etc.)

Our daughter is pretty chill. Though she is shy at first with new people, she warms up to them very quickly. She loves playing with blocks, coloring, watching birdies, playing in the yard, dancing, and being silly.

Ideally, someone would be able to either help out 1-2 full days or maybe just a few hours 2-3 days/week when my spouse might need a little break. An ‘on call’ scenario might also be very helpful since his medical issues can’t really be planned. Additionally, my partner may be having surgery in the coming months and may have to be away for recovery, so in that case, we might even consider someone to do a live-in setup for that time when it would just be me and my daughter.
