Part-Time Nanny Job: The McCoy Family with 1 Child
Warm, active nanny needed for our 6-year-old—not general babysitting. We need real experience with neurodivergent, demand-avoidant kids.
She's neurodivergent, mainly showing up as demand avoidance: she thrives on choices, not commands, and gets rigid when boxed in. She's imaginative, a skilled builder, loves art and animals (especially cats), and is always up for a game, trampoline, or monkey bars. She engages with reading/math/writing only if it's playful, never worksheets.
Past after-school programs didn't work—she couldn't decompress until home. We want someone who meets her one-on-one, on her own terms.
Must drive her to activities (gymnastics start-up planned). Patient, playful, low-demand language a must. Background check and references (ideally from neurodivergent families) required. Paid trial offered.

Part-Time Nanny Job: The Liddell Family with 1 Child
We are looking for a caring, dedicated nanny for our six-month-old. He is generally cheery, naps well, etc. We'd like someone who believes in science, likes to read to the baby, and is dedicated to his mental growth and health. We are looking for 20 hours per week, likely 5 hours/day (11-4 ish) M-Th. This would be in our home in town.

Babysitter Job: The Louck Family with 1 Child
Active, nature- and animal-loving family seeking a reliable, flexible caregiver who would genuinely enjoy spending time with my tween son.
This is a school-year-only position with no weekend, school-break, or summer coverage needed. The role is primarily overnight care while I travel for work, so flexibility with which weekdays are needed is important.
On average, I travel 5–8 nights per month, typically spread across 2–3 weeks each month. Most trips are two nights, with an occasional three-night trip. Travel is generally lighter between Thanksgiving and Christmas due to the slower season in my industry.
Because my son is in school from approximately 8:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m., this could be an ideal fit for someone who has classes or another job during school hours, works primarily on weekends and would like additional weekday income, or has another part-time nanny position during the middle of the day.
We’re an active family and would love to find someone who enjoys the outdoors, animals, and spending time with a fun, independent tween. You must be comfortable with dogs, as we have two who are very much part of the family!
The most important thing to me is finding someone dependable who my son enjoys being around and who can become a consistent, trusted presence in our home when I travel.
Pay is per night at $100-120 DOE
