Our family is currently searching for a dependable, experienced nanny for my daughter who is over 2.5 years old, and son who is 6 months old. We live in Winston Salem, 27106.

-has prior infant experience
-knowledgeable of infant CPR
-Is comfortable with dogs (non-shedding) to let them out in the fenced backyard
-Can provide strong references
-Is attentive to detail to follow a loose schedule/routine for the kids
-Is open to longer-term childcare for our family
-Is loving and engaging with our kids
-Is able to help with tidying up toys and light meal prep

We have four children: Jacob is 1 (he'll be 2 in December), Clara just turned 4, Ethan just turned 8, and Audrey is 10. Clara and Jacob go to preschool and will need to be picked up at 1 p.m. They will have had lunch, but afterward Jacob will need a nap. So for an hour or two, you will just have one (awake) child to worry about. Ethan will get off the bus a little after 3. Ethan has special needs but is generally self-sufficient; you'll notice he seems much younger than his age and needs a fair amount of direction. Most days, I (mom) will pick Audrey up at her school and take her back to work with me, but some days you might need to pick her up from school at 3. I will always be home between 5 and 5:30, so your total hours for the week will be between 16 and 20 hours. We pay generously and have a comfortable home with a big backyard (swingset, sandbox). We do have pets (a non-shedding dog and backyard chickens). Looking for someone who can, above all, engage our kids in productive, fun play (no screens!) for a few hours, provide snacks, and generally love our kids. Bonus points for those who can ensure the house is fairly tidy when we return.

My husband and I are expecting our son in October and will be going back to work in January. We would like to secure a nanny for part time work mostly during the week, and one or two weekend days a month.
My hours are not set at work and vary drastically, however my husband is home no later than 7:30 pm every night and he works Monday through Friday. We would need someone to be available by 5 am some days and on those days I would be home no later than 5:30 pm.
