Ideally, we'd love to find someone who is happy with 15-20 hours on a regular basis, but flexible to work full-time hours during school breaks or if M needs to stay home with a cold. We would prefer a nanny who has their own car, who does not smoke and is fully vaccinated (including annual Covid and flu). We will offer guaranteed hours to the ideal candidate, as well as paid leave and opportunities to travel.
