We are in the process of getting licensed to adopt. We do not have children yet. We are looking at both individual children and sibling groups and roughly age ranges 7-14. We are required to have an emergency babysitter on file before we can become licensed. This person would need to be able to work with us to go through a full FBI Background check (including fingerprinting) (we will cover costs) previous background checks will not suffice it has to be through this agency we are currently working with. Also they require the babysitter to provide a drivers license and SS card, take a tuberculosis test (we will cover the cost ) and become cpr certified, (if you are cpr certified and it is valid you can provide a current photo of that and that will work :) ) we would use as needed for emergencies and for one off babysitting needs but maybe also for school pick up from time to time
