My little one is 2 this month! I am a RN and need help with transporting her to and from daycare on the days I work. I work 3 days a week and would know my schedule in advance. I will be able to give advance notice of the work days so everything goes super smooth.
The position involves arriving at my home around 6:30 a.m. to get my daughter and drop her off at daycare by 7:00 a.m. Then, you'd pick her up from daycare around 6:00 p.m. and stay with her at home until I get home, usually around 7:30 p.m.

Part-Time Nanny Job: The Mitchell Family with 2 Children
Hi! I'm currently a SAHM with an 18 month old at home, and second on the way (due in December).
When my husband returns to work after paternity leave, we're looking for a part-time nanny to come over and assist with the children, mainly to provide me time to accomplish other tasks. Examples include:
- attending to the children so I can go to physical therapy appointments
- attending to the children so 1-2 times a week, I can go to our church and assist with serving
- attending to the children while I'm at home.....allowing me the ability to do housework, pump, etc.
We are currently considering 2-3 days a week, 4-6 hours a day. Days of the week and hours are negotiable.

We’ve got two bigger kids in school, and one little one. We work from home, and travel a few times a month (in normal times). The bigs need help staying on task and getting afternoon snacks. Baby girl is the one that needs all day care.
John - age 7, is in first grade. He built his own computer with Dad’s help, taught himself to read, and is a history buff. John reads at a 4th grade level. He can tell you almost anything about tons of different ships and historical shipwrecks. John spends a lot of time inside on his computer and needs to be reminded to get up and active.
Maddie - age 6, is in kindergarten. She’s an artist, dancer, actress, influencer, and drama Queen. She loves dolls and nature, helping around the house, and hanging out with “the girls”. Maddie loves to be outside with the neighborhood kids. She sometimes needs to be reminded that others sometimes appreciate peace and quiet.
Gloria - age 8 mo, is our sweet natured baby. She loves her baths, talking to her toys, and being part of the party… any party! We try to keep fewer “noise and button” toys, and more imaginative play toys for her.
Both my husband and I work for Dell, from home. We are sometimes in our office, but honestly I sit at the kitchen table most of the time, unless I have a big presentation, etc. We obviously are not traveling now, but expect to be doing so again come the new year. I travel a couple of days a week, 3 out of 4 weeks a month and my husband travels about one week a month. That is flexible, given the last two years. We don’t 100% know what it will look like, but we do not expect to be gone at the same time.
My mother and step dad live nearby. He likes to pick the bigs up from school, and Mom has been watching baby so far since she was born. She’ll probably be over often!
Overall, we are a tight knit family who is looking for someone to be an extension of that. We would love to have someone who speaks French, German, or Russian, and overseas experience is a plus.

Mom and dad are both middle school teachers in northwest Austin; Dad will likely do most of the before/after. There is a small old dog in the home. Mikey is a heart warrior who will have some medical considerations mainly in how he is picked up, no NG or G-tube however. Mom and Dad will take care of medications for him. Single mom needing help after school with homework and transportation to after school activities. Preferably 2-8pm M-F and a couple hours one weekend day. Schedule can be flexible but finding someone reliable is important. The perfect fit would be comfortable with dogs as there are 3 small older dogs in the home, although assistance with them would be minimal. Expected to help with light housekeeping such as helping pick up after the kids and kid’s laundry. Meal prep help would be great but not required. The two older kids are given little homework but someone willing to help with spelling words and any other minor assignments is preferable. A clean driving record is a must and someone willing to drive their own vehicle will be given priority as this is a one vehicle home at the moment. The kids are great and fun to be around, our current nanny is relocating at the beginning of the year so there is the option for a slow transition getting to know the kids and routine.
