A little bit about us

Hello! I’m a mother of eight and I’m currently looking for childcare assistance for six of my children, possibly seven. My children range in age from 1 to 17, and one of my children has a learning disability. They are enrolled in Head Start and school.

I am currently transitioning to a full-time work schedule and will need some assistance as I adjust. Right now, I work Monday through Thursday from 7:45 AM to 2:00 PM. My current childcare needs would be from approximately 7:00–9:00 AM, primarily to help make sure all six children are ready and safely get on their buses/rides.

Once I transition to full-time hours, I am hoping to work Monday through Thursday from 6:00 AM–2:00 PM and Fridays from 8:00 AM–12:00 PM. This transition will likely happen next year, either before or after tax season.

At that point, I would need someone to arrive around 5:00–5:30 AM and stay until approximately 9:00 AM. The morning responsibilities would include:

* Helping all six children get ready and ensuring they safely get on their buses/rides.
* Taking three of my children to school, which is only about three minutes from my home.
* Taking one child to daycare.
* Taking another child to her hub stop, which is at 6:47 AM.

The responsibilities and hours may increase once I begin working full-time. I would also need additional childcare on days when my children are out of school but I am scheduled to work.

I’m looking for someone who is dependable, patient, caring, and comfortable managing multiple children with different ages and needs. I’d be happy to discuss the schedule, responsibilities, and pay in more detail with anyone who may be interested.
