A little bit about us

My daughter in 9 but very precocious. She's got a huge heart, she's smart, brave, kind, and clever, but not always motivated to push herself. She loves being with others, but she an only child. My wife and I spend a lot of time with her, but I think a part time nanny would be a very positive addition for her at this time in her life. I'm looking for a companion type nanny who can spend some time with her each week helping her stay organized for school, getting her to a from activities, and engaging in one on one activities at home with her. We are looking for someone who is organized, kind, authentic, and flexible. We are hoping our daughter can find a good companion, but one who isn't afraid to set some positive goals with her and help her learn how to keep them.
