I am a work-from-home software engineer. My wife is a postdoctoral researcher at UNC. We are seeking a nanny for our unborn identical twin girls, who will arrive in December/January. My work hours are somewhat flexible, and I have 12-weeks of paternity leave to help with nanny scheduling.
