A little bit about us

We’re a welcoming family looking for a loving, dependable, and engaging nanny to care for our almost 3-year-old son.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, approximately 12:30 PM–5:30PM (flexible by about an hour). We’re also open to hiring two part-time nannies to split the week.
Pay: $18–$22/hour, based on experience. Long-term position. All Minnesota employment and tax laws will be followed.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys fun, structured days filled with reading, arts and crafts, sensory activities, music, dancing, imaginative play, outdoor adventures in the backyard, and water play. Experience supporting toddlers with sensory or communication development is a plus.
Responsibilities include providing attentive care, preparing meals and snacks, encouraging learning through play, keeping play areas tidy, and folding the child’s laundry.
One parent works from home, so we’re looking for someone who values open communication and enjoys working as a team.
