A little bit about us

Looking for somebody experienced who can jump in and help out our family of 4. You must be familiar or open to attachment/gentle parenting styles and alternative approaches, screen free and able to follow specific instructions. Bonus if you have experience supporting a stay at home, breastfeeding mom. Scheduling is as needed until we "transition", get to know and flow with one another. We would like somebody who takes initiative and can communicate clearly. You should also be okay with doing more housework to start while our toddler gets used to you being around. Housework includes washing the dishes, tidying the play area, vacuuming, swiffering, organizing. The short term goal is for babies to fall in love with you so mom can get rest or get something done. Long term, we hope that you can become a part of our family.

We try our best to meal prep, in the case that we cannot, this will be expected of the care giver. Food, drink, snacks will all be accessible.

Errands will not be required of you. Extremely light housekeeping; baby's dishes, food pep area, toys/books, etc.

Would also like you to stroll/walk once a day, if time/weather permits. This also helps baby fall asleep for nap time.

Absolutely everything will be provided and available to our child. We are offering $40 a day for the short period of care that we need.
