We are a family in North Peoria seeking an exceptional Full-Time Home Manager & Family Assistant who is deeply trustworthy, nurturing, flexible, and aligned with our values.
We have:
A NEWBORN SON (very small and needs gentle, confident hands)
A fun, energetic 4½-YEAR OLD DAUGHTER
A 16-week-old GOLDEN RETRIEVER PUPPY
A warm stable home
A father who is a successful CEO with a demanding schedule but highly present with children
A mother who is home most of the time and wants a deeply reliable helper
We are open to the right person eventually becoming a live-in family assistant and/or traveling with us for family trips and vacations.

NEWBORN son is very small and needs someone who is:
Extremely gentle and confident with newborns
Experienced with bottle feeding, burping, changing, swaddling, soothing
Able to support mom as needed without taking over
4½-YEAR-OLD DAUGHTER

Is energetic, fun, playful, and creative
Acts like a “big sister” friend but still responsible
Loves playing, crafting, reading, outdoor activities
Helps encourage early learning & homeschooling foundations
Provides structure, positivity, and reinforcement
Helps with potty training
Can tutor or teach her basic skills and developmental learning
Loves helping her grow intellectually, emotionally, and socially

I split time with his dad so I only need a sitter Mon-Wed from 7:30-5 pm. I work 8-4:30. I am willing to bring him to somebody if I can find an at-home daycare. I also am looking for somebody who is following covid restrictions fairly well outside of their home.
