Key Responsibilities
* Provide part-time care for a 4-month-old infant with a cleft lip and palate
* Comfortable with feeding, hygiene, and post op care related to his needs
* Follow and maintain feeding schedules (formula)
* Safely prepare, warm, and clean bottles
* Change diapers and maintain proper hygiene
* Support healthy sleep routines (naps and soothing techniques)
* Engage in age-appropriate developmental activities (tummy time, sensory play, reading, singing)
* Monitor developmental milestones and communicate updates to parents
* Ensure a safe and clean environment at all times
* Light housekeeping related to the baby (laundry, bottle washing, tidying play area)
* Maintain open and consistent communication with parents

Qualifications:
* Previous experience caring for infants (especially under 1 year)
* Knowledge of infant care, safety, and development
* Infant CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
* Non-smoker
* Reliable transportation
* Strong references

My Husband and I do have a Labrador Retriever who is kind to others and gentle. He does not require much care, most of the days either my Husband or I will come home for lunch to let him out and feed him, etc.
I am seeking someone who is experienced with infant caregiving, beginning at the age of 6-8 months. She will be born this month and my Husband and I would like to get ahead and start interviewing for a possible full-time Nanny. We would need assistance every week, beginning on Tuesdays through Thursdays. As my Husband works from home on Mondays and Fridays and is able to care for our daughter on those days. However, that may be subject to change.
