Once a week can be flexible for 4 hour time period and it would be watching my 3 youngest kids. And date nights would be watching all 4. The highest importance for me is having someone who is FUN!!! I want my kids excited to see the babysitter walk through the door. Also I do gentle/positive parenting. I would love to have someone who handles situations with a calm demeanor and sets connection as a high importance. I will say, I have good kids for them being so young.
