Looking for a kind and loving nanny for experience with newborns! My daughter Grace will need full time care in February 2025 and she will be 4 months old!

My husband and I are trying to decide between daycare a few times a week and a nanny on the off days vs full nanny care.

Would like someone with experience and who will be active in helping to teach my newborn early developmental skills for speech / hand and eye coordination, etc.
