Part-Time Nanny Job: The Tuck Family with 1 Child

A little bit about us

I'm considering hiring someone for part-time care. I work a 3-2-2 schedule. My husband works 5 days a week. 8 hours a day. I would need someone who would be available whenever we both are gone. For example, in the beginning of November I would have needed a nanny the 2nd, 3rd, 6th. The fallowing week I would have needed a nanny to work the 12th, 16th, 17th. Most weeks on average it would be 3 days a week. Note that weekend help is needed. Some weeks it could be up to 5 days, but rarely. A work day would be a total of 8-9hours. My child is one. She does require a lot of interaction and attention. It's just her personality. I am searching for someone who is willing to play and help with everyday care (feeding, diaper changes, and bathing). There may be other expectations such as light house keeping. Mainly picking up after my child throughout the day. There are other adults that will be present in the house, along with a another child (that does not need care). You will not be alone very often. There will be plenty of people around for any questions or guidance needed.
