A little bit about us

My husband works 60 hours a week and I work 28 hours a week. I generally will not need help on Thursdays, Fridays, and every other weekend. I have two young boys who are very sweet and well mannered. We also have a 5 year old dog and 7-8 month old puppy. I’m looking for someone with a gentle parenting approach who is also willing to help keep the house tidy with occasional laundry, helping to pick up toys/books, and basic kitchen duties. I usually do meal prep for the kiddos, so there wouldn’t be too much cooking. There are several kid-proof places around our house to read and play. We do not rely too much on screens to keep the kids entertained. Our 3 year old is 100% potty trained and our 1 year old is in cloth diapers. We are vegetarian. We have a guest room available for days with an early start (I leave for work at 6:30am) if you would rather sleep over the night before. There will also be evenings when I might need help even though I am home… I am taking a couple classes at Sac State and will need help during my zoom classes to keep the boys entertained and put them to bed. I am usually home by 4pm on the days that I have work.
