A little bit about us

Looking for a Nanny mom - mother with one young child of her own, as we would love a companion for our 2-year-old child; she is very intelligent and social, yet we have found ourselves living in a rural location, where there aren't that many children her age. We currently need help Tues-Fri, but my husband is taking on a second job, so this is fluid and may expand to include a need for a live-in provider that includes room and board, and our house has room.

We have 5 cats and a dog, but there are no pet care responsibilities; just a need to respect and be kind to them.

We would love to have someone who can cook healthy foods occasionally, as we are mostly eating takeout and frozen pizzas at the moment.

We just moved to NH for my job as a feline veterinarian (I am also a pro cyclist), and my husband is a health care consultant who works remotely. We currently are renting a VRBO lake house on the Weare Reservoir, with lots of activities to go with it. Thereafter, we are hoping to purchase another lake house, or possibly continue here, but we would ensure our living situation meets the needs of our nanny and her child, as applicable.

We are relatively clean/neat, but not overly meticulous about it. Some light help with cleaning would be appreciated, however.

Eventually, we would need drop off and pick up services, as our child goes to school, but my hope would be that we could find a mother who is dropping off her child, as well, so the responsibilities and schedules align.

Pay will be higher than the average here ($18-24/hr), but commensurate with experience, duties required, etc. Again, this is a fluid position, and we would hope for someone who is flexible; we, likewise, are willing to be flexible, as well.

A typical day for our toddler consists of playing outside/taking walks around the yard, reading lots of books, listening to music/dancing, and playing with toys.
