Most important is able to help get kids ready in the morning so parents can get their Day started and pick older child off the bus on the corner a couple days a week.

Night nanny hours will be around 9pm to 6am, 3-5 nights a week. Higher rates negotiable during this period. From early January until likely February/March.
Daytime hours from March until June will be flexible.
Daytime hours after June will have a more regular schedule, ideally including a couple of early mornings as well as normal daytime hours 4-5 days a week.
Some meal prep would be great as well.
