A little bit about us

We are a full-time working couple seeking a dedicated and flexible Nanny-Household Manager to care for our 10-month-old child. Our child has a well-established routine, including two naps a day and sleeping through the night for 11-12 hours. She enjoys mealtimes, playing, reading, learning, and spending time outdoors.
This role requires someone trustworthy, dependable, and fluent in Spanish, as it will be the primary language of communication with our child. Additionally, a love for travel is essential, as you will accompany us on frequent trips, especially during the summer when we spend extended periods away from Dallas.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide high-quality care and supervision for our child, ensuring her safety, well-being, and happiness
Engage in age-appropriate activities to encourage her physical, intellectual, and emotional development
Prepare and serve meals and snacks as advised by parents supporting dietary needs and preferences
Assist in bathing, dressing, and other personal hygiene tasks as needed
Accompany child to appointments, extracurricular activities, and outings
Manage light housekeeping duties, including laundry, tidying common areas, and meal preparation
Oversee the well-being of the family dog, providing basic care as needed
Travel with the family, particularly during the summer, with a flexible schedule
Primary communication in Spanish with the child; English is secondary

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Proven experience as a Nanny or Nanny-Household Manager, with references
Genuine love for and experience in caring for children
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently
Familiarity with household management duties such as meal planning and light housekeeping
Fluent in Spanish
Flexibility & Willingness to travel
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
