Part-Time Nanny Job: The Lim Family with 1 Child
We are looking for a warm, experienced, and dependable infant nanny to care for our baby boy/girl (starting at ~5 months old). We also have a very sweet, calm 10-year-old senior dog at home (no dog care duties required, but you must be comfortable around dogs).
Key Responsibilities:
Primary Infant Care: Bottle feeding, assisting with nap/sleep schedules, tracking developmental milestones, introducing solids, and engaging in age-appropriate sensory play (tummy time, reading, music, stroller walks).
Language Exposure: Korean language fluency is highly preferred (speaking, reading, and singing to the baby in Korean).
Light Nursery Maintenance: Washing and sterilizing baby bottles, washing/folding baby laundry, and keeping the nursery and play areas neat.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 3–5+ years of verified professional experience caring for infants (0–12 months).
Certifications: Current infant CPR and First Aid certification (or willing to recertify before start).
Health & Safety: Up-to-date on all routine vaccinations (Tdap, Flu, COVID-19 booster). Non-smoker.
References: 2–3 glowing references from previous infant nanny positions.
Legal Authorization: Authorized to work in the US and willing to be paid legally on-the-books (W-2).
Compensation & Benefits:
Guaranteed 40–45 hours per week.
Competitive hourly pay ($30–$36/hr based on experience).
Standard paid time off (PTO), paid major holidays, and California paid sick leave.
Overtime pay (1.5x) for any hours exceeding 8 hours/day or 40 hours/week.
